Primary education services are considered one of the important pillars of economic, social and cultural development. Therefore, the study sought to reveal the reality of these services in the Al-Ghadir municipal unit, their spatial distribution and their functional efficiency compared to the size of the population by relying on local standards. The study pointed to the problem of imbalance in primary education institutions and the size and density of the population. One of the most important goals that the study sought to achieve is to analyze the reality of the distribution of primary education services and the extent of their adequacy, efficiency, and suitability to urban planning standards that meet the needs of society, in addition to creating a database for the study area that helps decision makers achieve justice in the distribution of educational services, The study reached many conclusions, most notably the inefficiency and adequacy of primary education services due to the lack of school buildings and the prevalence of the phenomenon of double shift and triple shift in the same school building, which in turn leads to a decline in the educational level of students.
