The study commenced with the researcher investigating the prophetic Hadith about Mu'adh bin Jabal. This included its place within the structure of inference principles, as well as an analysis of the Hadith's narration chain among narrators, exploring their interpretations and perspectives among fundamental scholars. The research then delved into the reasons behind some scholars' criticism of the Hadith's narration chain. Each aspect was examined in light of established principles from the science of Hadith and the science of men. The researcher also started to dissect the reasons behind some scholars' criticism of the Hadith's text. Each element was evaluated based on the guidance provided by Sharia texts and its principles, alongside the requirements set by the fundamentals of science and argumentation. This was done in conjunction with discussions on the Hadith of Mu'adh, examining reports from companions regarding the arrangement of fundamentals. A separate section highlighted these reports' aspects that attest to the Hadith of Mu'adh, both affirmatively and argumentatively. The researcher also delved into the interpretation of the Hadith, and the reasons for the lack of consensus level within it. The study concluded by discussing the understanding of some fundamental scholars of the apparent contradiction between the Quran and Sunnah. It also included a presentation of scholars' viewpoints on the rationale behind prioritizing the Quran over the Sunnah in the Hadith.
