Gloating or Vindictiveness is a frantic and desperate emotional expression that translates the state of revenge and its climax into sadistic enjoyment, and transforms a person into a state of ecstasy and joy, as he achieves to the gloating person what he was waiting for from his opponent or enemy, as a result of defeat, setback, crisis, failure, or loss... and ending with death. . This study is an attempt to shed light on this topic and explain the most important types and images that appear in pre-Islamic poetry... and as will be explained in detail in the axes of this research...
