The Mamluk state, the Bahri Mamluks in Egypt and the Levant, which ruled the Islamic world between the years 648-784 AH / 1250-1382 AD, witnessed many events that prompted them to establish an unannounced Shura Council by holding its sessions when necessary. This council was held many times and many decisions were taken in it. Of the decisions that are in the interest of the state, whether these decisions are political, economic, or military.
