During the period from 1951 to 1957, the Kingdom of Libya concluded a number of Treaties with Western countries, especially with Britain, France, and the United States of America, because it had just Emerged from the stage of direct Military Colonialism and was going through a state of economic instability and its need for foreign money in Order to develop the Country. Since the Libyan-British Treaty has been discussed in more than one Study, we tried to Research the Libyan treaties with both France and the United States In the era extending from 1951 to 1957, in addition to Delving into the most important provisions of those treaties and the resulting robbing of Libyan National identity and undermining its Independence.
