The researcher has successfully brought it to light and highlighted it. This treatise deals with people's wealth, and the original manuscript is a jurisprudential treatise titled " Mud ajwa wa dihrahm in the Usury." This term is commonly used among jurists and is defined as: the sale of usurious items of the same kind with one of the items including something extraneous or both items including something extraneous. The author of this treatise is a renowned Azhari scholar from the twelfth century AH, who was a leading figure at Al-Azhar and its head at the time, due to his knowledge and virtue.
