Among the vast wealth of scientific heritage that our Islamic library is blessed with from our esteemed ancestors and scholars, this paper presents an extremely important treatise to the esteemed reader. The researcher has successfully brought it to light and highlighted it. This treatise deals with people's wealth, and the original manuscript is a jurisprudential treatise titled " Mud ajwa wa dihrahm in the Usury." This term is commonly used among jurists and is defined as: the sale of usurious items of the same kind with one of the items including something extraneous or both items including something extraneous. The author of this treatise is a renowned Azhari scholar from the twelfth century AH, who was a leading figure at Al-Azhar and its head at the time, due to his knowledge and virtue. He is the distinguished scholar Ibrahim al-Birmawi, who passed away in 1061 AH. The author elaborated on this issue in detail, with his distinctive style that carried the essence of jurisprudence and debate. May Allah have mercy on him abundantly.
