Abstract

Artificial intelligence represents the most prominent manifestation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which has been used in many aspects of life, whether in the economic, military, environmental, planning, and educational health fields, making the Fourth Industrial Revolution completely different from previous industrial revolutions. Perhaps what is different this time is due to the intelligence it possesses. Artificial technology, with its broad comprehensiveness and multiple applications, has led, as a result, to creating a state of intense competition between the major powers, especially between the United States and China in particular. Rather, it has made it an essential pillar of national power, and taken from it an important discourse in shaping their geopolitical orientations.
