A Message in the Al-Ushr and Al-Kharaj Written by Sheikh Imam Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Hamawi Died in (1098 AH / 1687 AD) Study and investigation

Abstract

The study entitled (A Treatise on Ushr and Kharaj, Study and Investigation) came to focus on explaining many of the rulings pertaining to these two important sources and explaining their jurisprudential and historical concepts, as well as focusing on the opinions of the author (Ahmad bin Muhammad al-Hamwi) and comparing them with the opinions of others, and examining the opinions he expressed. Al-Hamawi wrote it and explained its scientific importance, then explained the importance and value of this treatise, which was concerned with the tithe and tax, and gave it a sense or spiritual feeling to it in light of the study and investigation of this treatise.
