The Problem Of Monopoly In Contemporary Civilization And Ways To Address It In The Light Of The Holy Quran An Empirical Study

Abstract

        Praise be to God, who revealed to his nation a constitution that shows the best path for the Islamic nation to follow in order to achieve an atmosphere of love between individuals and to maintain a happy life, and for this the Holy Qur’an shows the prohibition of monopoly in Islam, and for the importance of the study in clarifying the danger of monopoly because it carries with it the seeds of destruction and destruction for society and what it contains. A waste of the freedom of trade and industry, and a blocking of work outlets and the doors of livelihood for non-monopolists, and then finding solutions to its widespread problem in Muslim societies in the light of the Holy Qur’an because monopoly threatens the entity of the state, so strict laws were put in place to confront it after several methods to create balance in the markets and remove the idea of controlling the market and inflating individual wealth at the expense of the working class.
