Abstract

 

Abstract

In this research, Imam Qutb Al-Din Al-Shirazi - may God have mercy on him - mentioned eleven etiquettes for a happy marital life. He detailed the saying in the provisions of the feast, the rights of the man on his wife, the rights of the woman on her husband, and the statement of what the spouses should be in terms of simplicity, kindness, good manners, and giving all the reasons for love between them, as he spoke about a number of legal etiquettes such as the etiquette of intercourse, childbirth, alimony, and divorce, extensively with the evidence of the Holy Book and the Sunnah, and the sayings of Interpreters, Jurists, Writers and Wise men.
