Here I am out of the conclusion of this research and Ipray to God Almighty to accept me this work and make itpurely for His sake and God bless our ProphetMuhammad and his family and peace and recognition.The most important findings in the course of research.1. The state is responsible for maintaining order and saveall of these men achieved Shura.2. Stand on the prohibition of God to prevent corruptionin the land and the Muslim state task.3. Faith does not meet the right with Dad and the enemiesof God, even if the enemies of the close.4. Report of the principle that war is not news broadcastonly by the senior leadership is not even turmoil.5. The adoption of the principle of consultation betweenthe princes of the state to achieve the public interest.
