Abstract

The importance and reasons for choosing the subject of the study and what happened in terms of building and development in education and the consequent events that affected negatively and positively on Turkish society, and accordingly the study was divided into an introduction, preface, three chapters and a conclusion. A new secular state and focused in his works and reforms on education to join Turkey to Western countries, as the majority of Turkish society was illiterate, who made up 90% of the population, and the study focused on children and their education. Al-Turki is a radical change, but not as quickly as possible, because it is considered a period of building roots, the basis for all members of society in changing their customs and traditions.
