Jurisprudence opinions of Tariq bin Shihab Al-Bajali (a comparative study)

Abstract

I mentioned in this research what I stood on from the biography of Tariq bin Shihab Al-Bajali Al-Kufi, and showed that he is one of those who proved to him the company of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, to see him, although he did not hear from him directly, but heard from other companions about him, may God bless him and grant him peace, as I showed his lineage, and who took knowledge, and who took from him.

Then I mentioned the unique issue mentioned about it related to the issues of sales that have to do with the provisions of usury.

Then I mentioned the origin of this issue and its subordinate issues, and the statements of scholars and their differences in it, reviewing during all that their evidence with discussion, and then explaining what I think about some of them.
