Abstract

The sixties of the twentieth century witnessed important events regarding the Palestinian issue, through which they succeeded in gathering Arab public opinion around it, and made Arab regimes of all walks stand by them. Perhaps the most prominent of these positions that must be studied and focused on is the Syrian position on The Palestinian issue is at a stage that is considered the most dangerous in contemporary Syrian history, which is the stage that preceded and followed the June 1967 war, which cast a shadow on the fate of the Palestinian issue. The study dealt with the period extending between the years 1966-1970 AD, that is, from the establishment of the February Movement until the establishment of the movement. Corrective measures, which resulted in Syria opening its doors to most Palestinian organizations and providing political, military and financial support to them, with the aim of recovering the Palestinian people’s rights usurped by the Zionist entity
